We called on Tuesday afternoon and Always local was able to fit us in Wednesday afternoon. By the time the technician arrived it was 89 degrees in the house. Arturo, our technician, came on time, used his tools to determine the problem was the capacitor in the outside compressor. Fortunately, he had the part on his truck, and I gave him the go ahead to install it. He also checked the puron level and gave us some tips to keep the unit working. I appreciated his professionalism and speed. He was done with everything including accepting payment within 45 minutes. The system brought the temperature down to our desired 77 degrees within three hours. The labor cost was fairly reasonable, too, but I thought the capacitor was a bit overpriced. We couldn't wait to get our air conditioning system fixed, so we paid what we had to in order to get it fixed immediately.

I live out of state & my rental is in Manchaca. I went to Google to look up HVAC repair companies & found 3 to choose from. One I eliminated right away b/c of their rude & foul response to a reviewer. When I spoke w/ David at Always Local he was patient, considerate, & thorough with me since I am ignorant to this trade. Not to mention it after hours when I called (2hr time zone difference), so he didn't rush me through the process & scheduled for the system to be looked at the next day. I have an older home so the removal & reinstallation of the new HVAC needed to be reconfigured. They did a great job, clean, on time, & very fair w/ their prices. My husband is an electrical contractor & reviewed their bid w/ me & felt they were in line w/ current market prices. Also they offer financing which we took advantage of it. Being that this is a family business I could hear the integrity in David's voice as he spoke with me...and I know that genuine hard working voice b/c my husband is the same way. If you want integrity, good, hard working & people that will do you right, I would choose Always Local.
